beneficiary’s certificate of provisional weight in 1 originals and 2 copies indicating moisture precentage, wet metric tons and dry metric tons.
beneficiary’s certificate of origin in 1 originals and 2 copies issued by beneficiary.
beneficiary’s certificate of assay in 1 originals and 2 copies issued by beneficiary.
part b :if any second provisional payment (second provisional invoice value deducting the first provisional payment) will be paid against the following documents:
beneficiary’s draft at 60 days after b/l date for second provisonal payment(second provisional invoice value deducting the first payment)drawn on the issuing bank.
second provisional invoice.
part c :if any final payment for up to 100pct provisional material value,less the amount of the first provisional payment will be paid against following documents:
beneficiary’s final commercial invoice
beneficiary’s final weight certificate
beneficiary’s final assay certificate
