前景简介:
1.来这个小公司快一个月了,公司就我一个是负责外贸的,之前都是老板娘负责,也没人带我,天天没什么事,因为是外贸业务跟单的,所以也不想自己发客户,免得把自己弄得亚历山大。
2.对产品不是很了解,电路板的,成品就只有感应灯,而且只有三款,没有外贸平台,没有公司网站,没有产品目录,整个一三“无”。
3.三款感应灯产品只有英文的说明书,是我来之后翻译的。
故事情节:
内贸业务员的一个朋友介绍的一个印度人,说想一款感应灯,然后把扣扣给我了,我就加了。以下就是我们的对话了。(A是印度人,我是LZ)

我:let me see ,could you give me specific specification ?
没回应,接着我就说我们有类似的产品,想把我们的产品直接推荐给他,就不用重新模了

可是他很坚持的说了一句
A:I need same,see this 又发了几张产品正面背面的图,没有规格
期间我有跟内贸业务员沟通,因为我对产品实在是不甚了解,就傻傻的问他,这个产品我们能嘛,他说能,叫我要具体规格,我就问了

LZ我真的在电子行业很菜,一直向内贸同事求救,跟同事说他要我们给他规格,然后同事说叫我问他有没有样品

一直坚持要我们给出规格,他连尺寸什么的都没告诉过我,然后我就知道了,其实他也不是很清楚,只是想仿照超市里的那个灯一模一样的

然后我就想尽量说服他让他用我们现有的感应灯产品,我就始用在外贸邦上毅冰老师教的方法,用与其他客户合作的例子来增加说服力
