在阿里国际站遇到了加拿大客户的投诉,一般来说阿里巴巴的判决是取决于你这方是否占理,如果你这边是不占理的话那么很有可能是要败诉的。客户收到货,说材质和约定不符,要求退全款但是不退货。那么你这个材质不符的话确实是一个事实,至少说客户的退款不退货是比较过分了,你可以先去联系客户看看是否是可以你们这边给予一定的优惠跟客户说不要退款退货了,如果客户强硬的要求退款的话,那么你就一定要强硬的表态表明这个订单退款是可以的,但是是必须要退货的。[收起]
