周一啦 怎样开启和客户的对话
周一啦,客户也和我们一样忙得爆炸,这个时候如果想跟进客户,可以尝试这样的思路:
1️⃣先问问客户周末过得怎么样,你也可以分享你周末都干了些啥,比如爬山啦,打球啦,顺便发点照片过去,让客户感受到你是真实的人。有次我给客户发了周末的炫彩天空,客户也给我分享了新西兰的天空,太美啦!
话术参考:
How was your weekend?
Hope Monday is treating you well(可以俏皮一点)
Hope you have a productive week ahead!
2️⃣再询问客户你想跟进的事情
I was thinking, do you have any new requirements or needs that we could assist you with this week?
I'd really appreciate it if you could give me some feedback on the xxx we provided last week.
3️⃣最后加一句,我知道你周一会很忙。放心我也不会催促你,只是想让你知道如果你需要我,我会一直在这里。
I guess you'll be very busy on Monday. Don't worry. I won't push you so hard. I just want you to know that I'll always be here if there is any help needed.
时刻做个显眼包,让客户逐步对你有印象,跟进后不一定马上下单,但至少能让客户再眼熟你一次,尤其是新客户。[收起]
