8年老外贸拿不准的一单 求指点

请教CIF保单问题!

有批货7月21号船期,我们也是在7月21号投的保险,但因船期延误,7月22号晚上才船,所以7月23号我们又改了保单,但保单的起运日和出证的日期也都是7月22日,但保险公司在中间增加了一句话:warranted no known or reported losses as at 23 jul 2013 if the departure date is earlier than 23 jul 2013 7月25号到提单交单,因为航次没加上去,7月26号又改了一下,这次保险公司也是在中间加了一句话warranted no known or reported losses as at 26 jul 2013 if the departure date is earlier than 26 jul 2013. 银行说担心会成为不符点,让我们出一个不符点的保函!! 我看了之前几票业务,同一家银行同一个国外客户同一家保险公司,也是同样的问题,也是加了类似的条款,之前都没让出保函,也没让修改(航次是否有必要加上去),而且也没有拒付也没有扣款。 搞不懂其中缘由。[收起]

出口到巴基斯坦,一般用用什么付款方式?其实你说的这两种付款方式都是可以的呀,因为我们之前就有过巴基斯坦的客户啊,这两种付款方式,TT和信用证都做过的,所以你都可以试一试,只是说目前这两种付款方式都存在风险,前TT是首先汇款币种要换,不能是美元结汇,因为美元受管制,其他的币种,例如欧元还有人民币可以的。还有就是可以考虑第三方汇款啊,比如迪拜汇款啊都是可以的呀。那么信用证的问题就是对方的资信问题啊,开证行的资信还有付款能力,所以选择国际大银行基本上是没有问题的。[收起]

我觉得都有关系吧,首先是市场原因,比如说今年疫情严重,防疫物资的出口就很好,但是类似奢侈品家具的出口就非常的不好,大家都是靠着国内市场在存活下的。所以如果你今年做的是奢侈品家具的,你肯定是觉得不行的,但是你做防疫物资的,就没有这个困惑了。其次就是产品和自身问题了,如果你的产品在行业内还是具有竞争力的,那么就是有市场的,有市场没客户,就是你自身的能力问题了,你搞定不客户,那么你要反思自己的工作能力。[收起]
