踏入这个行业至今,从始的懵懂无知到现在的一知半解,从始的迷茫浮躁到现在的脚踏实地,感觉这一个半月了很多,也想了很多,越来越了解自己的不足。
外贸路,一切贵在坚持。这篇文章就不抒发情感了,切入正题。
①1月14号突然接到客户邮件,表示对我司产品有兴趣,希望拜访我司。当第一眼看到这封邮件的感觉,说实话,感觉就像骗子一般。

Dear Sirs,
We he an enquiry for exporting water heater to India on a regular??basis to a large electric appliances company .
I would be grateful for expression of your interest in this business.
If its okay with you then we would like to visit your plant soon to he further disucssions.
Will appreciate your response.
首先,客户只字未提我司产品的相关细节,有套用模板群发的嫌疑(有可能是我要求太高了~~~)
第二,客户首封邮件直接提出28号拜访我司,之前未有任何铺垫接触
第三,客户签名图片格式,斜斜的截图过来的签名
第四,客户签名上显示来自印度的一家公司,其人是在中国的广州事处。这点上主要是由于对印度有点小小的偏见,总感觉这封邮件只是来
套套价格的。就像看到尼日利亚的邮件,第一感觉就是要来骗邀请函一样。强烈鄙视一下自己~~~
②但本着新手,不放过任何一次机会练英语的态度,我直接回个邮件,发了我司的电子目录,并希望他能简要介绍自己公司,以便我报价。

〤〤 Co., Ltd has a 〤-year history of manufacturing electric water heater with high quality &competitive price. We look forward to building a long-term business relationship with your company.
Enclosed pls kindly our e-catalouge which gives full information about our various products.
Please don't hesitate to tell us which you are interested to enable us to sort out the offers.
We would appreciated your early reply.

③哪知客户非常直接,直接回了一句话,直接让我云里雾里+心凉一片,坑人~~

I ll contact you leader for more details.
④本着认真负责的态度,宁可错杀一千,不可放过一次。回复个邮件意思一下~但紧接着就未到任何答复了
