客户要电话调查我司在他国有现有客户,可是我们没有怎么?

Hi Amy The person in charge of shortlisting the vendors for the purchase of this product came back with a list of 3 companies last week and your company was not one of them. I he since tried to push to include your company because even though your price is not the lowest, I feel good about the level of communication I he had with you over the last two weeks. Since we are looking for a long term relationship where we will be placing orders every few months, timely and consistent communication is very important. So as of this morning, I was told that I could include your company in the final list as well so we now are going to decide between 4 final vendors. The process now calls for reference calls to be made. So I would need 2-3 USA based clients that we can call to ask them about their experience working with your company. If that goes through well, then I will certainly be pushing for your company to be selected for ordering. Please send me the contact information of these 2-3 USA based clients that I can forward to the person in our company who will make these reference calls. 其实很多的客户在意的无非就是价格,产品的质量,最后就是产品的售后服务啊,只要这些都做好了,那么一般拿下一个客户是没有什么问题的呀那现在你的客户在纠结价位的问题的话,那么你就可以转换一下话题啊,回到你们的优势上边去啊,你们的价格虽然是贵了点,但是是有原因的呀,因为你们的产品的质量是比较有保障的,只要产品因为质量出现问题,那么你们可以接受无条件更换产品的,这样一来,说明你们对于自己的产品是相当的有信心的,第二就是说明你们的服务做的非常好。[收起]

报关时的资料和我寄给客户的资料不一样是没有关系,一般我们报关的单据一般是形式上的,所以可以两个地区的单据不一致的,但是根据你所说的是你们报关和清关的单据不一致,其实这个倒是没有太大的问题的,主要是你提供给到的单据是否符合客户清关所需要的单据呢?我们一切都是以客户最后能清关为主的。所以无论你给到客户说明资料,都是应该提前和客户沟通的,看看客户需要什么文件,作为出口商应该为客户提供他们所要求的的文件。[收起]

这个术语不在INCOTERMS中,是澳大利亚国内贸易术语,意为:FREE INTO STORE, 方承担的费用很多、责任和风险也都很大。
建议换用INCOTERMS中的术语,如果一定要有FIS的话,也一定记得在合同中明确定义这个术语,以明确双方的责任和风险划分。
