2004年6月我查看我们公司的邮箱发现了一个客户的询价涵, 然后就始报价, 解释一些技术问题, 一般我们都认为如果客户能不远万里参观工厂的话就说明他很有诚意, 也成功了一半了.
2004年11月我接到了客户的来信, 兴奋的不得了, 原文如下:
hello kitty,
how are you doing?
i am coming to hangzhou next week ( 7th november till 12th november )
i was wondering if it is possible for me to meet with you and/or visit your company??
you he earlier send us your complete pricelist and the optinal prices aswell.
i do he some questions regarding the program:
1) lpg forklifts.
please send us a complete program of lpg from 1,0 - ? t.
2) electrical forklifts.
3). colours.
4) ce certificate.
5) optinal pricelist.
we find the list a little confusing. could you make it more easy to understand, perhaps
put the prices into a diagram or something??

看了客户的这封来信我当时真的感觉很不错. 甚至有点飘飘然了, 当时我从学校毕业到这个公司1年多了, 虽然也接触过来访的客户, 最终作成的也寥寥无几, 对这个客户充满了期望, 于是很快的回复客户, 表达了非常希望与他面谈的心情.
