大家有没有遇到过这样的加蓬客户，说必须看到提单复印件才能付款。其实不要相信那都是骗子。不管是他们国家政策问题还是其他的，都是一个骗局。如果我们把他要的所有文件了，他拿到了银行的贷款，但是根本不想提货，我们不就完了？ 也就是说他们本来是骗他们的银行，而我们无辜的成了受害人。和那里人生意付款方式必须是50%的预付和50%的发货前，即使是l/c也不安全。谁有那里的客户？可以分享下经验。[收起]
