In the past, our QC inspectors sometimes encountered some discrepancies between PO, SPEC, PPS and bulk production, we he been trying out best to clarify the discrepancy one by one, it takes time,??reduces efficiency of inspection and even postpones the delivery because the Inspection Report has to be held until all issues be verified.
However, it is always vendor's responsibility to make sure all information on PO, SPEC are correct and PPS are correct BEFORE bulk production because these are standards of products as well as the business. From now on, we will consider to REJECT the lot in Final Inspection if we found the discrepancies between PO, SPEC, PPS & bulk production.
As you may be informed already, we he new Air Freight Clause from this year:

In an effort to reduce lead-times and make suppliers more accountable for their production schedules set and confirmed, we are changing our Air Freight Clause from 14 days to 7 days, effective for any orders placed on/after December 16, 2013.

With this change, to oid any shipment delay because of any discrepancy between PO, SPEC, PPS & bulk production ,vendors will be responsible to check the information accuracy in the PO, SPEC and PPS to ensure they are correct, if any discrepancy, please check with relevant division account coordinator to correct it in time.[收起]
