做100%LC 孟加拉银行与客户勾结放货不付钱,该怎么办?

急急急! 我们公司出口一批货到孟加拉,做的100%LC,这是很多年的老客户,他是一个中间商,我们会给他一些佣金,最终客户其实是另外的公司(但我们与他们没有联系,我们只与中间人有联系) 但开LC是开给最终客户,我们这么多年来和这个客户一直做的100%LC, 货到后,客户去银行付款赎单拿货,一直很顺利。 可没想到的是这次却出大问题了! 这次开的LC上面加了1个保兑行。我们没有在意。还按以前那样操作。 交单时,我们这的交单银行,也像以前一样把单证寄到开证行(其实这次有保兑行,按道理应该把单证寄到保兑行的) 开证行收到单证后发邮件给我们银行说他们没有钱付,问单证是寄回给我们,还是转给保兑行,我们回复转给保兑行。 过了没几天,开证行又发邮件给我们银行说我们的交单文件缺失很多种资料(其实我们都有的,他这是无中生有),我们银行邮件反驳了说都有这些文件的。 然后开证行就再也不回复邮件了。 然后!开证行竟然把单证直接给了收货人,收货人没有付款直接去提货了! 现在我们找中间商,中间商说收货人不付款他也没办法,他也没钱! 现在我们打算报中信保,可中信保说我们没有按要求把单证寄到保兑行,是除外责任,有可能不接这个案子! 我们现在不知道该怎么办了!我们该怎么才能把钱要回来? 求求各位位好心同胞们能帮忙出点招?万分感谢![收起]

求各位外贸老手解答疑难! 求助事件如下: 我们有自己的工厂,在香港有企业公司。 现在一直在跟家的上海,一份生产合同,前前后后商讨了4、5个月,客户有很多要求,连老板了这么十多年大生意都没有接触过这么刁钻的客户,价格要低,又要无瑕疵的产品,现在合同最终可以签订了,该要求我们的企业负责人在十多份文件上签中文字盖公章。 我们已签字,但是盖章:我们一直出口贸易 甚至与国内合作,盖章都是用我们香港企业公司的章,但是客户怎么也不肯接受,拼命说这章在中国大陆没有法律保证的。 在报价后准备合同,老催,而且老以取消订单作威胁;现在合同弄好了,只差盖章了,又以不盖公章就取消订单作威胁! 如何更好说服客户接受盖香港公司的章呢? 怎样才能叫客户这些资料呢:跟商合作的盖章要求? 另外,如何委婉叫客户最终家的方式呢? 求各位外贸精英搭救啊!!谢谢了[收起]

产地证发票号和以前的重复了怎么办?这个其实是很好处理的呀,直接修改这个发票号码就可以的,这个发票号码就是你们自己就可以命名的,没有一个固定的模版要求的。所以你直接修改这个号码就可以的,但是是需要把箱单发票这些上面有显示发票号码的地方都要修改一致的,不能每个单号不一样的。因为在国际贸易中是要求单单一致的,不然万一客户那边清关的时候如果发现不一致的话是有可能会影响客户的清关问题的,所以修改一致就可以了,其他没有什么特殊的。[收起]
