求助--关于logo有阴影问题

关于产品包装的，无论我怎么解释，好像客人都不理解的样子文件是CDR格式的，发给客人自己修改有客人自己的logo和几个字体特殊的英文，但是logo和那英文的背景不是透明的，而是有阴影，我的猜想是客人的logo和英文不是直接在文件上打出来而是从某个地方黏贴过来的，所以有阴影，那阴影不能和包装的颜色（黑色）融合，在CDR上点击打印预览就可以明显的看到有两种不同的黑色了。（因为如果这样都看到2种不同的黑色的话，那么货出来的也是可以看到的。）我想表达的是：客人要把logo的阴影去掉，文件上只能显示logo的颜色和包装的颜色黑色。用英文如何表达比较好？求助啊.....
