sorry due to my busy schedule i could not reply earlier. hope you are doing well. actually at present i am not even importing the products as the us dollar has gone up very high against the indian rupee. moreover the local market is very dull and slow due to rainy season. whenever i import next i will definitely consult you before i decide on any brand.
这个是半个月前回复我的了,但是我想现在九月份了,领导说9月份我们这行行情会稍微好转,我就想给他回复邮件,但是一看美金对卢比的汇率成上升趋势,卢比还是很弱,比较纠结呢?怎么回复客户呢 ?还是就直接摒弃这个话题,问他需不需要我们的产品呢?
2.客户回复我说:
with ref. to your email, kindly be noted that we he not yet placed the order, we would like to deal with your company
but can you look into the counter price offer we had sent to you earlier to match the same.
我回复客户:我们能到比你目的价更低的价格,但是质量是不稳定的,我们不希望你因为质量问题丢失了您的客户。而且就现在市场行情来讲,你所的目的价根本达不到成本费,所以我就得另一家给你的是二类产品,等等之类的词语吧,但是客户就是死活不回复我了,我都纠结了。。。。怎么这么费事,哪怕说因为你们的价格太高,我们在其他家下订单了也好啊,竟然就这么拖着我,让我总是抱有希望。。。
干外贸的伤不起啊,都快成打不死的小强了。。。求大侠指点怎么以上两种情况?
