大家,晚上好。 最近乌克兰客户付款3000usd到公司的个人农行账户,今天中午接到香港农行电话说这批款子要退回,因为在details of payment 一栏不能写货款,我这边初次接到国外订单不是很明白,下午找客户,客户回邮件说: our bank clerk told me that it was your fault. you indicated personal account in the invoice and did not mention the wording that bank clerk must use doing the payment. so you must send the request for payment return. your bank will return the payment deducting the commission fee and penalty ($50-80). when our bank receive the money we must make the payment again. it will cost $50 for us. so we are ready to make this payment but not going to pay the commission fee and penalty. indicate the exact wording that bank clerk must use doing the payment to prevent this situation again. 看了客人的邮件我完全不懂我这边应该什么?各位朋友有知道怎么解决的法吗?我该怎么回复这封邮件呢? 知道的朋友 帮忙哦,谢谢!
