I'm sorry to hear about your bad luck with T/T payments. T/T, or telegraphic transfer, is a common method for international transactions in the realm of trade. However, it seems like you have encountered some difficulties with the payment process.

In the first case, it appears that there was an issue with the business type written on the payment. This caused the payment to be rejected by your bank. When such a situation occurs, it's best to communicate with your customer and try to find a solution together, such as requesting them to change the information at their bank.

In the second case, the customer wrote the company name in a slightly different format, and you were able to resolve the issue by providing a letter stamped by your bank. It's important to ensure that the payment details, including the company name, are accurately provided to avoid any potential issues.

In the third case, there was a problem with the customer providing two numbers in the same field, resulting in your bank system only recognizing one number. It's important to communicate with the customer and your respective banks to find a solution to this issue. It may involve requesting the customer to make the necessary changes to the payment information.

Bad luck can happen in any business, but it's important to stay proactive and communicate openly with your customers to resolve any payment-related issues. It might also be helpful to double-check all payment details with your customers before initiating the transfer to avoid potential problems.
