很多客户看了消息却不回复,无数外贸业务员因此头疼,刚好我们组新人今天也问了这个问题跟他说点什么呀?
常用的打招呼话题:
给客户发送友好的提醒消息:

询问之前谈论的产品未收到反馈是否有任何疑问:
We discussed about XXX last week, but no receiving your feedback yet, is there any question?
提供有价值的信息:主动提供一些有关产品、市场趋势和竞争情况
About the XXX we talked, there are more specific details to help you understand our quality and difference with others more clearly, are you free to discuss it now?
We just received another customer's payment from your country, he also bought XXX, the same product as you need for your reference(同一个国家其他客户的水单辅助)
For XX, we just received another new feedback from XX customer, are you free to check now ? ( Should I share it for your reference ?)
