好久的一个客户了，从六月份就始，前阵子确定价格的时候，出了点差错，说是我们公司的一个业务的邮箱在网上被说成是骗子了，我们公司也问了这个人，他不明白怎么回事，客户就不信任我了，说是打电话打不进来，我让他把他的电话告诉我，哎，神奇的事情发生了，我也打不通他的电话，而且是两个， 很郁闷的。其他的客户都能打进来，而且很顺利的， 就他，不知道他怎么大的。 后来我把我们公司出口一单货的提单给他看了，他说提单是提单，电话打不通还是不行。从此以后就不再跟我了，在线不回复，邮件不回复。我都快郁闷死了，多久的努力啊，就因为那么一个小插曲就这么挂了吗，各位高手们，有没有什么好的建议可以呢，挽回这个客户的心。为了这个客户我尽了最大的努力了，很多次都是加班给他找规格，报价，就这么死了，我不甘心啊[收起]
