海运报关和空运报关费用的区别，新人求教

各位大侠，我想请教下，我们公司采购10台割草机出口，supplier报的价格是fob，我现在需要走空运，但是空运会涉及到一个电机检测费500rmb，我想问问，我是否可以让商出这个钱，因为以前是海运报关他负责，我不太清楚这两个之间价格上会有什么差距，是否其中的差距可以填补这个500rmb的差额，这样跟商沟通起来也有理可据，最好可以帮我列明都有哪些费用，我也好借机学习下，新人求教！！！[收起]
