小弟进外贸快有半年的时间了。上阿里平台也有一个多月的时间了,每天都是玩命的发产品,大概发了1000个产品了。陆陆续续到了几封询盘,有的询盘很有意向的,老大说不要直接给人家把价格报过去了,很多人就是看到价格后就不搭理你了。我觉得人家要报价咱们没有理由不给啊,就直接把价格用pdf格式发过去了,但是很多人都没有看我给他们发的邮件,然后就打过去电话,其中有个非洲的,说了一大堆终于听明白了我给她发了报价,希望她能查看一下。但是邮箱里还是空空的,我都快无语了。不知道是再给丫打一个电话还是怎么着,大神们赐教啊。客户来询盘,到底怎么回复才好,我们是游乐园设备的。
