遇到这样的客户,直接拒绝支付运费显得你公司太小气,你自己担负了,万一不成订单损失几百也不划算。
依据我经验有两种应对法:
1.我方承担DGM鉴定费,问客户可不可以承担运费
一般产品空运都需要DGM鉴定,特别是化学品。一般公司都已经好了这样的证书。证书一次400RMB。可以重复使用。

Thank you telling me such a Good News!
We'd like to mail samples for your testing. Samples is free!
Before we mail the samples to you,we must show DGM certificate to DHL/UPS.
It well cost 400RMB/once,we decide to pay for you.
So,would you pls share the air freight? Just send me your DHL/UPS to me is Ok.

2.委婉拒绝,我们可以给你支付运费,但是公司财务规定,下单以后从合同金额里返还给你,你可以先垫付。
邮件中可以这样说:
Dear**,
Thank you telling me such a Good News!
We can mail you samples for your testing. Samples under 500g is free.
As for the air freight, our financial regulations is :we'll pay for??the samples freight after the bulk order.
So, would you pls send us your DHL/UPS No.?
After cooperation,we'll deduct the money in the contract amount.
