申请专利的产品出口被查到侵权怎么?

我有一批出口货物,当时不知道这个牌子申请了专利保护,结果报关时候被海关查到,我们又没有授权书,海关要求原件,我们就是从专利人那购的,是专利人的工厂出来的,但是海关找专利人来认货,他们不承认这批产品是他们家的,但是我的的确确就是从他们家来的,现在我们面临扣货和罚款,我们该怎么?明明谁专利人的产品,可他们故意刁难,我们有什么法能保护自己的权益吗?有没有其他强制性的方法来证明这些产品出自专利人呢?[收起]

我们是FOB,信用证的,他们自己找船公司,我们有货代帮他们订舱,出BL后邮寄给银行交单。由于客户BL确认晚了,又碰上国庆假期,银行交单的确晚了,这也可能是LC一个大的不符点。
我现在担心的是,柜子在马来西亚的滞箱费,虽然是客户直接和船公司签的海运费合同,滞箱与否和我们没关系,但是BL寄晚了,客户提不了货,也是一个大的不符点,会不会在信用证上让我们付这笔钱。
并且刚才知道,马来西亚那边始放假10天,而BL在17号就要到,BL到了也没有件? 又多几天的滞箱费。[收起]

你通过外贸公司出口,那请问你是不是要给外贸公司增票才能退税?  
退税金额是按照你增票的金额来算的吧,像上面的货代同学说少写运费,多写货值来骗退税
那请问你多出来的货值的增票哪里来呢? 不是还是要你们工厂自己出来吗? 你们工厂自己出来的增票就不用交税吗?
