请大家看看客户给我回复了一封邮件:以下是客户发来的信息,希望大家帮忙分析一下,究竟怎么回事,如果是我的问题的话,应该怎么在和客户沟通才能真正的下单呢?该客户之前给我打过电话,很着急我们公司销的这种产品,我们公司是丝网的。之后打完电话,我给客户把运费和网子的价格都报过去了,结果客户的反应是网子的价格可以,运费相当高,客户说他们的资金有限目前,之后客户又改变主意要再少一点的网子看看运费,我已经给客户报最低的运费了,经过几家的快递公司的对比,还是ems 是最便宜的了。客户还是在运费问题上纠结。客户刚始要的产品的数量不多,但是看得出客户很有礼貌,而且该客户不是印度巴基斯坦那边的,我真的很想稳住这个客户让他下单。毕竟和这个客户了有持续半个多月了,我们通过电话,skype,邮件沟通每隔两三天沟通一下,刚始客户很急这要的样子,还打过来电话了,之后在skype上就显得不那么着急了,说要网子要延迟一些,现在问题就是运费太高。根据这个问题,我应该怎么?
