Re sample fee and courier shipping charge, they should be borne by your company. It is our practice for all new customers.
These charges are only 80% of the cost of sample making. Obviously as you can see we hope that you would place us orders but not just for making samples.

总结:方案一:表达还是未能让客人感觉尝到甜头,占到便宜。而解决方案二能表达出此要点(以上红色字体)。另外紫色部分字体则坚决我们的立场不动摇。整封邮件下来既从我们客人的角度出发,也保住自己公司利益。
