第一次报价经历,都是泪啊。。。
第一次报价,犯了很多错误,也学到了一些东西,拿出来和大家分享一下。
今天在中国纺织网上找到了一个求购信息,求购纯棉坯布的,幅宽,支数和密度都说的很清楚,连付款方式都说了,可惜。。我不知道这个价格,但是好不容易找到一个邮箱,怎么能放弃呢,想说不说价格说点别的,找点理由,就这样我写了第一封报价信,之前写的开发信都只是介绍了公司产品列表。信是这么写的,

textile line.We are a manufacture offabric and we have be in this line of
business for many years.Since the common fabric width is 63,We have no stock, we
need to contact the factory for production.Please tell us what are your

not hesitate to contact with us.
下边是产品列表,最后附上我的联系方式,自我感觉还不错,在经理看这封信之前。。。
总结一下经理指出的我的错误
1.字体格式都不一致,不分段落,看着跟阅读理解一样
2.废话太多,表明身份说自己是生产商就可以,不用说我做了好多年啥的
3.if you have other demands,please not hesitate to contact with us ,这句话一定放在最后说。不要放在自己的产品列表上边。
4.如果跟我一样是新手,太专业的词语不要在信里说,说错了显得更不专业,比如67寸的幅宽很常见,我却说不常见,还说没库存,所以要生产,所以没价格,脑子也是冒泡了
5.如果知道人名,就说人名,不要dear friend
6.报价信如果已经明确知道对方对产品的要求,按格式报价即可,要不就发常规的开发信,两个最好不要混到一起。
