    你好，
    drop 指放低跟decrease近义，所以前两句是分别要你放低前领和袖肥。
    但是all the way around （可以理解为一整圈）就产生歧义了，因为一圈都减少的话，改动就不止前领，而会牵涉后领了。

    建议你画个示意图给客户确认一下。
