The PFC series composite energy-saving crusher is the latest generation of efficient crushers developed by our company by absorbing and digesting advanced domestic and foreign technologies, and combining them with specific domestic working conditions. It combines the advantages of existing hammer crushers, counterattack crushers, and impact crushers and adopts a special cavity design, especially for the hammerhead, which is made of excellent wear-resistant "2021" special material, giving the equipment advantages such as fine discharge particle size and long service life of wear-resistant parts. After promotion and use, it has brought significant economic benefits to users.
"Stone crushing stone":
The PFC series composite energy-saving crusher uses an extra-large arc-shaped crushing cavity and the principle of "stone crushing stone" for self-impact crushing. A large amount of material is densely suspended in the crusher cavity and constantly collides and rubs against each other, making about 80% of the material break along its own microcracks. The crushed materials undergo intense mutual "rubbing and grinding", resulting in most of the material becoming a fine powder with excellent crushing effect.
The crushing cavity is a screening cavity with a bar slot. A large amount of material enters the crushing cavity through the feed port, and the rotor rotates at high speed, so the crushing cavity is always in a positive pressure state. Qualified powdered materials are rapidly discharged from the bar slot out of the negative pressure crushing cavity. Due to these two characteristics, the harmful work of grinding hammerheads and liners in ordinary hammer crushers is basically eliminated, and metal consumption is greatly reduced, while the service life of hammerheads and liners is increased by multiple times, and the rated power of the motor is reduced by about one-third, greatly improving the cost-effectiveness.
Working principle:
As shown in the diagram, the material enters the machine and is struck by the high-speed counterclockwise rotating hammerhead, immediately smashing large pieces of material. The crushed material flies towards the back plate at high speed for a second collision and crushing. The rebound material collides and crushes with subsequent incoming material. The material is repeatedly crushed in the second and third cavities and finally filtered and crushed by the discharge grate to meet the requirements. The finer material is discharged from the grate slot, and the coarser material returns to the first cavity for re-crushing.
Specifications and technical performance:
Structural features:
(1)Adopts a three-cavity curved crushing cavity, which increases the number of times the material is struck, reduces hard squeezing and friction, and reduces hammerhead wear.
(2)The gap between the back plate and the hammerhead is easy to adjust, which effectively controls the discharge particle size.
(3)Adopts a deflectable structure, which can prevent hammerhead breakage to a certain extent in case of encountering hard materials.
(4)The PCF50-300 type is equipped with a hydraulic device for easier maintenance.
(5)The outlet of the screen is equipped with an iron removal door. If there is an iron block or hard material that cannot be crushed, it can be discharged through the iron removal door to protect the parts from damage. However, it cannot replace an iron remover.
(6)The clearance between the left liner plate, the lower back plate, and the grate and hammerhead can be adjusted according to the different requirements of the desired finished product.
