如何提高情商

大部分人不具备沟通的能力 这是一种心力的匮乏,说白了,即使本人想好好沟通,但是往往心有余力而不足。但是做外贸,沟通能力很重要。无论是与上司的沟通,与跟单同事的沟通,还是与工厂的沟通,都非常需要技巧。 也就是我们平时说的情商高,能做外贸销冠的,智商情商都不会低。看到这里你也不用自卑,情商高是可以通过后天训练出来的。 说说我个人认为的情商高:有同理心,懂得感恩,做事对事不对人。 我们公司的同事就是这样一个例子,该催的交期一样催跟单同事,吃到好吃的第一反应是分享给同事,觉得同事跟进她的订单辛苦了,大家都是一起在顶着压力赚钱。她人也很细心,看到同事换了新的美甲可以很真诚的说出口,很好看。夸人很具体,夸美甲会夸颜色清透之类。我们看过她和客户聊天,她可以很真诚的夸奖客户带几个小孩的同时还能创业,觉得这种女性力量很有魅力之类...... 另一个女孩子也是大家觉得情商比较高的。基本从来不会在老板发飙的时候硬刚。老板反而佩服她,觉得她情绪管理做的很好,总是能一边顶住老板的情绪压力一边跟客户沟通处理问题。我有一次问她,为什么你不会生气的?她说,最近公司业绩不好老板本来心情就不好,他骂我不是在骂我,只是刚好找到了一件小事可以发泄而已,他就是想找个人吵架发泄,如果我跟他硬刚,我就中了情绪的圈套了。其实这只是件小事,不要被不好的情绪带着走,要想想怎么利用资源挽回局面,想办法把提成拿到手才是真的,其它都是假的。她倒是不太爱分享美食,但是情绪管理做的很好,她的秘诀就是一时生气想破口大骂的时候先深呼吸然后闭嘴,先学会闭嘴,后期再去训练沟通能力。 先学会控制自己的情绪,再开口做沟通; 先拥有同理心懂得感恩,再开口夸奖别人。[收起]

大家好! 我想请教一个问题 我寄很大一个的塑胶样品到德国, 上面写的0.5$/pcs, 并写的samples only, no commercial value, 清关没有问题. 之后我寄很小的样品到葡萄牙, 上面写的是1$/pcs,并写的samples only, no commercial value,葡萄牙那边清关的时候说写的金额太低了,后来弄的好麻烦. 年前我寄的大样品到葡萄牙, 我就写的4$pcs, 这次清关没问题, 但是我葡萄牙客户付的关税很高. 我以前没有合作过葡萄牙的客户, 对那边海关不是很了解, 请问那边海关是不是比较麻烦啊? 如有更详细的信息, 请. 谢谢![收起]
