问:客户是真的不想要这批货了吗?
11月中的时候,客户还说让我近期给他做明年年度报价,当时因为原材料不稳,汇率波动就说12月份给价格,客户说没问题
前几天报了价格,客户一直没回复,昨天回复如下并且有意向取消年前的最后一个订单:
Regarding (我们产品), we are receiving tremendous pressure regarding pricing. A key account has reformulated from traditional (我们产品)to a (新的衍生产品)product. Do you have access to a similar product that is lower in cost? I do not want to put you in a bad situation – if you have another customer to sell the last load to, that would be preferred – if not, we will work to accept that load.
请问大家,看这封邮件客户主要是压价,还是真的不打算要货了呢?因为客户只字未提2023年的计划,并且说他们主要的客户换了生产配方,以后会用另一款产品不会用我们的这款了
这和一个月前完全两种态度,产品价格已经很低了但是还有降价空间,我该直接降价吗?求小伙伴指教[收起]
