运费的差价一般很少有客户愿意补的，告诉你个奇葩客户例子：
我们发货给客户，走的，走了几百美金吧，
然后我们是预运费的，告诉过客户了会多退少补，
结果客户在欧洲一打听，说运费只要一点点，
真是无语。
就算在国内，不同的城市发往同一外国目的地的价格都不同，
