很多外贸业务新人,会有这样的经历:每天发了很多发信,或者回复了许多海外家询盘,但是似乎都“石沉大海”。 大部分人会满腹疑问:“为什么我发的产品介绍,报价,甚至样品过去后,家就不回了呢?” “难道是我写的邮件内容不对了?邮件客人没到?还是我的英语水平不够,表达的不清楚?……”其实家不回邮件的情况是普遍现象,大家不要着急,以下4招教你如何再发跟进的邮件,挽回家的心。
一、先要分析一下家为什么不回邮件的原因,然后再写一封邮件跟进一下:

二、 如果一周后家还没有回信,你可以尝试着询问他不回信的真实原因:

sorry that we still don’t receive any information from you.

四、业务员不要把客人逼的太紧,如果客人没有回复,可以过十天左右再给客人发一封邮件。
