I am looking to get custom convex side mirrors manufactured for an existing model of car. The car it is for is the 1989-1995 Ferrari 348 TS/TB. The OEM mirrors on this car are flat, and not convex. I am looking to fill a small market with the option to he convex mirrors, without decreasing the value of these cars. These mirrors with the label "object in mirror are closer than they appear" are also safer. I would like to he them made with a plastic frame so that customers can clip the new convex mirror on top of the existing mirror with no tools. I he measurements and samples ailable for measuring the new convex mirror's size and to create the proper tooling. I would like to know cost setup for manufacturing these parts. Minimum order quantities, and price per part. This is a small market, and less than 9,000 of these cars were manufactured.
