最近有个客户看工厂，客户是巴基斯坦的，很能砍价，认为中国所有价格全是报高了3倍，当时谈的是cnf，中间有点曲折，都不愿跟他了，客户回国后，打来预付款，我算了下，不到30%，但是也28%左右，就没怎么计较。 谁知道今天，莫名其妙有广州货代我，说a客户的让他我，问货什么好？我说客户昨天安排的预付，我还没到，到款后安排订单，我说我们谈的是cnf，而且客户最近一直让我们询某个船公司价格，客户现在要指定货代吗？我确认下吧。 给客户写邮件，说改为fob了吗？我们可以接受的，我们可以自己报关，安排拖车送货到港口，如有变化，请通知我。 中午，货代又找我了，问我工厂地址，货物件重尺，我蒙了，客户没通知我，怎么又改成出厂价了呢？ 我也知道出厂价风险小，但是要付全款我才能给他们吧，如果他们报关，货权不在我手里，比较危险。 但是他们那边又说： 贵司需要出口退税吗？ 那贵司可以报关单证吗？ 如果要，那就用你们单证报关，退税都给你们。如果贵司不单证，我们就自己单报关。 如果贵司有报关单证，也愿意给我们报关，就可以省去单的费用。 我有点蒙，说那不是fob吗，如果客户付美金，我们负责报关。 这样的话，我们还是有出口退税的，我比较倾向这个。 如果是出厂，他们报关，那样的话，没有出口退税，不知道现在的价格合不合适？还有是不是应该坚决要求到全款才接受啊？ 现在一直没给客户pi，因为当时迅雷4个船公司给他，他一直迟迟未决定，现在有变化，但不通知我，原来越怀疑这个客户了。 大家帮我看看怎么样比较安全，毕竟是头一次合作。 如果客户坚持exw， 那么付的预付30%，美金， 我们报关的话， 这跟fob一样吧，只是我们不安排拖车，提单上shipper还是我们，对吧？ 比较乱，大家帮忙看看吧，有什么建议，要注意哪些问题，帮忙指出来，我没过出厂价，不怎么放心。谢谢。[收起]
