分情况吧。有的是公司的规定和制度,如果是谁拿下订单,客户归谁的话,那只能下次注意点,提高自身的业务能力了。如果是谁先联系客户,客户归谁的话,就不用担心抢单的问题了。 另外有一种情况是:A同事给C客户建立了档案,但是一直没有联系,也没有成交,后面B同事不知道这个事情,和C客户联系后成交了,但是因为公司规定,这个客户还是A同事的,显然是能力等问题,归A同事不合理。 对于未成交联系或者长久不联系的客户,应该考虑合理的客户分配制度。[收起]
