I am writing here to put my point, in the hope that is a beginning of bring out your master piece. In my opinion, to make customer satisfied, is more than say sweet word to them, you should learn their market better than them, and produce the product that helping them successful in their market, make their business much easier.The most important, you should keep in mind that after when your customer win, then you win, by the time when you make effected decision.
